Anusara yoga classes are held each Saturday morning, led by senior physiotherapist Sarah Carr. With Sarah's concise and gentle guidance the Anusara asanas can develop balance, grace and spirituality as you move through the sequences, slowly stretching and opening your heart to life’s diversity.
