The intersection of physiotherapy and yoga shows a shared emphasis on movement, alignment, and function. Yoga and physiotherapy also emphasise the importance of proper posture and body alignment to prevent injury and improve physical function.

Anusara yoga classes are held each Saturday morning, led by the senior physiotherapist Sarah Carr. Through Anusara yoga Sarah gently teaches grace and spirituality as you move from posture to posture, slowly stretching and opening your heart to life’s diversity.
