Paul Lambert, MISCP, joins the team at Westport Physiotherapy Clinic in 2024, covering holidays for our regular physiotherapists.
Since graduating with a physiotherapy degree from Trinity College Dublin in 2021, Paul has gained extensive experience working in the Health Service Executive in one of the country’s largest acute hospitals. Here Paul worked closely with consultants and medical teams across the various different areas of healthcare, most specifically the area of outpatient musculoskeletal and orthopaedics where he worked as a senior physiotherapist.
Paul believes in empowering patients in taking a pro-active approach to their health and well-being. He seeks to do this through his physiotherapy care by establishing both short and long term plans for his patients enabling them to live healthy and active lifestyles.
Aside from his work in the clinic Paul likes to live a very active lifestyle and has a keen interest in sports and strength training. He has worked with various Gaelic football and hurling teams in the past and currently plays football for the Westport Senior Gaelic Football team and has been apart of numerous successful teams within the club in the past.
