Betty has been working in administration support at the clinic since 2014.
She enjoys being able to help people, albeit in a small way. Betty keeps the clinic’s patient admin and management stystems running smoothly, now job sharing with her colleague.
Starting as a secretary with manual typewriters and shorthand notebooks, she has kept up with the changing office environment, completing courses in accounting software, IT and web design and build. Betty went back to education as a mature student graduating with a Bachelors of Arts Honours degree, and has participated in a Climate Resilience for Business course with GMIT, focusing her project on sustainable healthcare.
